Summary of Fall Summit

On September 12, 2018, sixty-two conservation leaders from across the state met in Grand Junction for the Conservation Futures Project Fall Summit. The purpose of the Summit was to discuss and decide on the final framework for our new coalition. This framework will form the basis for a formal business plan that the CFP Steering Committee will develop and share with funders this fall ahead of the launch of our brand new coalition in January 2019.

Response to the proposed coalition framework were overwhelmingly positive. Partnerships, functions, governance and finances for the coalition were all discussed. You can find the details in the full summary of the Summit.
